SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All shipping couriers base shipping rates on a variety of factors including:

  • Package size

  • Package weight

  • Origin address

  • Destination address

Plus additional shipping options like tracking and insurance.

  • We process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 

  •  

  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

  •  

  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at Visionacq@gmail.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

  •  

  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

 

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

       Most of our items are eligible for our 10-day refund or exchange policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can email us with photographic proof & request a refund exchange or store credit.

* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

* To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind. Please provide photographic proof that the product is faulty or damaged.

 

* Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded.  

 

Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [insert email here].

 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges / Store Credit (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
